Air-fried okra and peppers
Ingredients:
- 12oz of fresh okra
- 2 cups of sliced mini sweet peppers
- 2-3 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of onion powder
- 2 tbsp of garlic powder
- 2 tsp of smoked paprika
- 2 tsp of dried parsley
- 1 tbsp of coconut sugar (1-2 tsp of using brown sugar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- After you clean the okra and peppers, cut them into bite sized pieces.
- In a bowl, coat the okra and peppers with olive oil, onion and garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer half of the okra and peppers to the air fryer and fry for 15 minutes on 400 degrees. Repeat with the remaining half.
- Serve as a side dish or a snack
